Saturday's evening meal, always a special treat, included grilled shrimp, chicken and steak. There was also pasta salad, chocolate cake, ice cream and a variety of drinks. All the food was donated by Lowes Supermarkets.

Sunday morning breakfast at one of Canadian's elementary schools included sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, pancakes, assorted muffins, coffee and a variety of fruit drinks.

April Brownlee was this year's MS Bike Tour Coordinator. She worked with Lisa Johnson, Development Coordinator and Office Manager. The MS Society is a national organization that raises money, not only to research a cure for Multiple Sclerosis, but also to increase public awareness and education. The Society also funds initiatives to help those afflicted with the disease that might not normally benefit from existing healthcare.
